This large-scale greenfield project involved the consultancy and design of a strategic regional hub in Ghana, capable of producing beer, juices, and soft drinks. Our scope encompassed feasibility support, factory layout planning, and 2D/3D design coordination to define production and utility zones aligned with international F&B standards.
The master plan integrates efficient material flow with flexible packaging formats like glass and cans. Designed for both local distribution and export markets, it establishes a robust, sustainable foundation for high-capacity manufacturing in West Africa.
